Here at Leiston Surgery we are always trying to improve our services, therefore we actively work to ensure that all Comments, Complaints and Suggestions are dealt with properly and efficiently
We appreciate any form of comment or suggestion here at Leiston surgery as it enables us to actively improve our services we provide. To leave us a comment or suggestion you can fill our one of our Comments and Suggestions Forms, which are located just inside the Surgery front door. These can be posted in the box provided.
You are also able to leave a review of our services on NHS England's Website as well as Health Watch Suffolk, or click here to complete an online form.
If you wish to make a complaint against the surgery, please ask for a complaints form at reception. Alternatively, complaints can be submitted in writing to the Practice Manager.
In the event that a complaint is submitted, the Practice Manager will be in contact with you to ensure the issue is dealt with promptly and to an acceptable standard.
We like to have the opportunity to deal with problems ourselves in the first instance, however if you do remain dissatisfied with our response to your complaint then you can contact NHS England on 0300 311 2233 or write to them at NHS England, PO BOX 16738, Redditch, B97 9PT.
