DR NICOLA MAGGS

MRCGP Partner Qualifications: MBBS, BSC (Hon), MRCGP, DFFP, DRCOG Dr Nicola Maggs studied at Kings Univeristy in London and qualified in 1998. Her clinical interests include obstetrics and gynecology, paediatrics and minor surgery. Dr Maggs is an associate trainer and currently teaches students from Cambridge University and the University East Anglia. Outside of work Dr Maggs enjoys Karate and spending time with her family.

DR KAREN BLADES

FRCGP Partner Qualifications: MB ChB DFFP DRCOG FRCGP Qualified Bristol University 1990. GMC:3488133 Dr Blades trained as a GP at Leiston Surgery and has been a partner since 2008. Dr Blades previously worked in HM Forces and served with First Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment. Dr Blades has an interest in Undergraduate Medical Education and is an Hon Senior Lecturer at Norwich Medical School. Dr Blades' clinical interests include musculoskeletal medicine and dementia and is very keen on ensuring we use our precious NHS resources wisely.

DR IMRAN QURESHI

MRCGP Partner Qualifications: MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG Qualified in 2000 at St Georges Hospital London Dr Qureshi has been a GP since 2007 when he moved to Suffolk. He has an interest in ENT, minor surgery and Clinically led Commissioning; and chairs the clinical executive of the CCG on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Outside interests include snooker, cricket, cars and reading.

DR FIONA WATSON

MB ChB MRCGP Salaried GP Dr Fiona Watson qualified from Liverpool University in 1995, and completed her GP training in Aldeburgh in 1999. Her clinical interests include mental health, dermatology and minor surgery. Outside of work Dr Watson enjoys badminton, house renovating and spending time with her family.

DR MICHAEL BARSTOW

Qualifications: MbChB, MRCGP, DRCOG Dr Barstow studied at Liverpool University and qualified in 1999. His clinical interests include COPD, Joint injections and Minor Surgery. Dr Barstow was part of the NHS response to Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone 2014/15, helping to set up and then work in an Ebola treatment centre. Outside of work Dr Barstow enjoys spending time with his family, running and cycling.

DR CHARLOTTE RIDOUT

Dr Charlotte Ridout grew up in Suffolk. She attended Framlingham Primary then Woodbridge School. She undertook her first degree in Anatomy & Physiology BSc Hons at Dundee University where she achieved a 2:1. She then worked in London and Hong Kong in IT before returning to Post Graduate Education. She attended Guy's King's and St Thomas' for her Medical degree which she completed in 2007, and straight away started within the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Deanery to continue her education specialising in General Practice, which was always her long term aim. Within General Practice, Dr Ridout particularly enjoys End of life care, Paediatrics, and lower gastrointestinal but loves the varied nature of the work we do in the Community.
