Self Care

What is self care?

Self care is about looking after yourself in a healthy way. It can be anything from brushing your teeth, doing some exercise, managing common conditions (like headaches, colds and flu) or living with a long-term health problem, such as asthma or diabetes.

Here at Leiston Surgery we are keen to help patients improve on self care, therefore we have created a list of common illnesses which may benefit from self care. We have also attached links next to these illnesses/conditions to websites containing further information on how to manage them.Self Care
