'Stepping out in Suffolk' health walks
Why not join us on our health walks?
Improve your health by joining us on our walks. Health walks are free and for everyone but especially those who may be recovering from illness or need to improve their exercise levels.
Walks can last for half to one and a half hours and they are informal and sociable. You walk with trained leaders and at your own pace. Sensible footwear is recommended.
Children are very welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. Buggys and wheelchairs are welcome where stated.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on short leads unless otherwise stated.
